Momentum is a unique company with a distinct purpose, to improve the health and wellbeing of a wide range of individuals through the provision of specialist equipment. Our flagship equipment - Frame Runners, formerly known as RaceRunners.
Momentum was founded when the only Frame Runner supplier in the UK closed down. Rather than see frame provision dwindle in the UK, a former employee decided to purchase the Frame stock and founded Momentum.
A Message From the Director
Hello,
My name is Kyrby Brown and I am the founder and director of Momentum.
I first got involved in Frame Running in late 2018, I still remember the incredible feeling of using a frame for the first time, for the first time in my life I could run without pain or fear of falling, it was truly phenomenal! My frame has taken me so many places and given me freedom to mobilise under my own steam - complete independence.
Since then I have seen the same liberation on the faces of hundreds of customers up and down the country, the frames have enriched the lives of families and individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
In 2021 I began working with a company that were distributing the frames at this time. Through this work I developed a deeper technical understanding of the frames and sense that they had yet to reach their full potential. Through my work we began establishing more clubs and the Frame Running community continued to grow.
Unfortunately in late 2022 I was made redundant when this company ceased trading, instead of losing the momentum we gained - pardon the pun - I decided to set up a new organisation.
As a Frame Runner myself I know the power of this equipment and believe that it can enrich the lives of thousands more.
